The Road to Chitina & the Copper River: Edgerton Highway Alaska 10

Let’s take a drive down scenic Alaska Highway 10, the Edgerton Highway. The drive begins at Highway 4, the Richardson Highway, and ends at the end of the pavement, just beyond Chitina, at the Copper River.

I made this trip in May/June, 2016. Video shot with a Brinno TLC-200 Pro time-lapse camera, mounted on my roof with a homemade magnetic case. I travel with two Brinno cameras – one facing forward, the other in reverse. Sometimes the reverse camera captures better video (fewer raindrops and bugs hit the rear-view lens).
