You can’t visit Anchorage without climbing to the top of Flattop Mountain. To get there, you need to access the Glen Alps Trailhead – and to get there, you need to explore the residential east side of Anchorage. This drive goes from north to south on a variety of roads including Boniface Parkway, Elmore Road, and Hillside Drive.
