This drive begins on part of the 3 Capes Loop, at Oceanside, Oregon, and follows Oregon Highway 131 eastbound, through Netarts to Tillamook, then turns onto US Highway 101 for the drive north to the Cannon Beach area, and US 26 to Portland.
