This is a long video, and you might find some of the drive to be boring. I decided to explore the areas off of the main highway (AK 1, Sterling Highway) to see what was there. The answer is: oil/gas plants and remote residential plots. Anyway, if you’re curious what’s at places with names like Kalifornsky and Nikiski, here you go.
