Looking for a scenic detour off Interstate 90 in Washington? At Ritzville, hop onto Rosenoff Road – a delightful stretch of two-lane pavement that follows the roller-coaster contour of the land. Rosenoff Road parallels I-90, just far enough that you can’t see it, so it’s not a major detour. The drive ends at Moses Lake, where you can easily get back onto I-90.
