Drive to the Southern End of Interstate 95: Fort Lauderdale to Miami
It’s 1,900 miles from the north to the south end of Interstate 95, and here’s the final 40 or so. This drive to the southern end of Interstate 95 takes you from the Fort Lauderdale area, near the airport, to downtown Miami and the southern end of Interstate 95. Then, I took a few surface streets while trying to avoid the toll roads to the Miami Airport area, and followed US 41 and a few other roads to my hotel on the north side of the airport. The drive to the southern end of Interstate 95 features some beautiful views of the Miami skyline, and you’re just a short hop away from Miami Beach South Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. I think you’ll enjoy the beautiful drive to the southern end of Interstate 95.
